Those airlines will mainly differ in following criteria’s: †¢ Price is one of the most important differences that airlines would have among each other. We will write a custom essay sample on Airline Differentiation or any similar topic only for you Order Now Looking at Emirates that has competitive pricing to the rest of its rivals in similar service quality we can say that services of the airline would affect the difference in price among the airlines. This example shows us that Qatar Airlines as it is the first Five Star Airline that offers premium services would differ in price compare to Emirates. Customers can choose what quality of service they would receive according to the price they want to pay. That’s why we thing that airlines can be split in to three separate press categories according to the service they offer. Emirates would fit in the middle price category compare to Qatar Airlines which offers superior service for a superior price. The last category of price range we would consider Air Arabia as it has the minimum possible service but also has the lowest price range for varicose destinations (An example: Emirates offers return flight to Bangalore from 20th December till 23d December for 2640dhs. , Qatar offers the same flight for 2350dhs, Air Arabia offers for 790dhs). †¢ In flight service would show the biggest difference among the three airlines. Looking at Emirates and Qatar airline we can see that inflight service at Qatar would be Five Star class compare to Emirates four star. For example Qatar would offer its Five Star Award winning wines and champagnes to attract customers with is superior inflight entertainment system while sited in De Luxe seat. Looking at Emirates which service would differ as Emirates sets out lower standards for its guests compare to Qatar. However Emirates still can compete with is good dinning quality on board that offers maximum possible value for money accommodated by friendliness from the inflight crew well established entertainment system. One of the main differences of Emirates compared to the rest of the airlines is that Emirates has on board inflight shower system which none of ther airlines have in the world. Looking at the basic service that is offered by Air Arabia we can see that this Airline mainly offers flight to the final destination without any extra in price services. There is no entertainment system on board seats are very small and food has to be paid extra if wanted. So as we can see Air Arabia would fit in to the lowest service range as it offers it services to economic class passengers. †¢ Looking at convenience we can say that Emirates and Qatar airlines try to offer maximum possible comfort for its passengers that includes pick up and drop service for its premium passengers. Emirates airline has a slight advantage in convenient offering worldwide lounges for its premium class travelers which Qatar Airways doesn’t. For the convenience of the passenger airlines like Emirates and Qatar offer online check in that allows the customer to print out its boarding pass and just hand in the luggage in the airport. Compare to the big airlines Air Arabia has to offer its availability for smaller destination types that are not served by the big airlines (Example: Destination range of Emirates over 100 destinations same as Qatar, however Air Arabia currently fly to 65 destinations only). Safety plays an important role for all three airlines as all of those airlines above want to create a good reputation with high safety standards for its travellers. Michael Coppola P.5DBQ Essay Essays - Economy,

Michael Coppola P.5DBQ Essay The Great Depression The Great Depression was an economic crisis placed in the 1920-1930's . Although the 1920's seemed to thrive with wealth , it was only an illusion. No one faced the true consequences until the 1930's where the stock market crashed and fell apart. Franklin Roosevelt and Herbert Hoover worked during their presidencies in the 1930's to help put an end to the Great Depression. The stock market crashed and caused the depression, affecting many American's challenge to survive in a new found economy. Many believe mistakenly that the stock market crash that occurred on Black Tuesday, October 29, 1929 is one and the same with the Great Depression. In fact, it was one of the major causes that led to the Great Depression. Two months after the original crash in October, stockholders had lost more than $40 billion dollars. Even though the stock market began to regain some of its losses, by the end of 1930, it was just not enough and America truly entered what is called the Great Depression (O.I.). Throughout the 1930's over 9,000 banks failed. Bank deposits were uninsured and thus as banks failed, people lost their savings. Surviving banks, unsure of the economic situation and concerned for their own survival, were not willing to create new loans. This worsened the situation, leading to less and less payments. (O.I.). With the stock market crash and the fears of further economic despairs, individuals from all classes stopped purchasing items. This then led to a reduction in the number of items produced and thus a reduction in the workforce. As people lost their jobs, they were unable to keep up with paying for items they had bought through installment plans and their items were repossessed. More and more inventory began to accumulate. The unemployment rate rose above 25% which meant, of course, even less spending to help alleviate the economic situation (O.I.). As businesses began failing, the government created the Smoot-Hawley Tariff in 1930 to help protect American companies. This charged a high tax for imports thereby leading to less trade between America and foreign countries along with some economic retaliation (O.I.). While not a direct cause of the Great Depression, the drought that occurred in the Mississippi Valley in 1930 was of such proportions that many could not even pay their taxes or other debts and had to sell their farms for no profit to themselves. The area was nicknamed The Dust Bowl. This was the topic of John Steinbeck's The Grapes of Wrath (O.I.). These factor sent America's economy to a plummeting fall. Complete recovery would be a long way. The Great Depression impacted many Americans' lives. The unemployment rates peaked at 25% during 1933. (Doc.8) Businesses closed and people lost all their money. Some took work in the worst of conditions for only pennies. Many people started hunting for game just to feed their families. Families in the cities even resorted to catching rats to eat. Suicide rates increased dramatically. Many people died from starvation and disease unable to feed themselves or pay for a doctor. Many resorted to the barter and trade system instead of money (O.I.). These people were going to battle some of the worst conditions America has faced. American's used their resources and wits to fight against these obsticals. Many American's moved to "Hoovervilles", towns of houses that lived off the remains and scrap of past society and the land (Doc.4). People who were more fortunate, made soup kitchens, for the people who have little to eat. While causing massive unemployment, the Depression era also triggered labor militancy and encouraged workers from the major U.S. industries to organize and fight for their rights. After 1935, when the National Labor Relations Act granted workers the right to bargain collectively, the unionization movement gained momentum. Steel and auto workers made some significant breakthroughs in the 1930s, obtaining wage increases and a forty-hour workweek (O.I.). Americans found refuge in the entertainment outlets that had become popular in the U.S. since the 1920's. Radio shows and musical programs continued to captivate audiences. In addition to news, political commentaries and music, the radi o also featured fifteen-minute soap operas (named after

AreEssay Topic Optimists Better Than Realists?

AreEssay Topic Optimists Better Than Realists?Everyone thinks they know what the right essay topic is for them, but one very popular advice seems to be that the essay topic optimist is better than the realist. The essays I read suggest that you should choose the topic that allows you to learn the most about the topic that you are writing about, and is not too technical to hold your attention. One of the most popular topics at a state university is corporate leadership, because it is both a technical topic and something that you can understand and relate to.I have talked with students in English courses at Florida A&M University who have been told by their professors that their academic writing needs to focus on IT or computer-related subjects, and they are told they need to submit it to a content management system, which they find intimidating. This is precisely the problem; professors want their coursework to sound technical, which makes the student focus on the details, and has the m doing extra work to make the topics read well. There is a reason they call this 'elitist' thinking, and it is also 'not always the best way to get a good grade.'What about other areas, such as writing for a letter of recommendation, or making an essay about a medical condition? At first glance, the medical subject sounds like it would be difficult, but when a student puts their mind to it, the information can be presented in a manner that is both concise and meaningful. Some of the topics that are suggested include animal health, pet care, alternative health, holistic medicine, and even public policy in regards to diseases. Again, the goal is to make the topic meaningful to the reader, while still being able to make an impact in the context of the entire composition. One of the other articles I read said that the corporate management topics, and leadership topics are the easiest for students to write about, because the focus is on how a leader is, and how he/she affects his/her sub ordinates. We all know that there are a wide variety of different management styles. So the essay, if it is to do its job, must meet all of the expectations of those reading it.Another reason why an essay topic optimist is better than a realist is that there is so much controversy and disagreement on some topics, whether they are political or political versus public policy, that it is impossible to be neutral, and publish an essay that is not subjective. You cannot write a well-balanced study of the situation without the writer taking sides. That is not to say that the realist is necessarily right or wrong, just that you have to take the time to look at the facts. To be a realist, you cannot take someone's word that something is true, because there is a vast difference between believing something to be true and actually knowing for a fact that it is true. Realists are not driven by emotion, which is often times the case of academics. We must make the decision based on the facts, and what we see around us.The problem with academics, is that they are so tied to their theories of a certain field that they believe in the subject matter as if it were true, no matter what the facts and evidences might show them otherwise. Academic argument and debate are all about arguments; nothing more, and nothing less. They need to have a reaction, so the academic viewpoint of the debate becomes the viewpoint of the individual student.Students who are not academics, and who are not interested in the opinions of others, are best served by choosing the topic of their essay, based on what they feel is important, and doing the research required to support the thesis of the essay. It may seem like it is a lot of work, but once you get it right, you will remember it forever. No one is going to rewrite your essay for you, so make sure you do it right.

Cruise Missile Technology Research Papers

Cruise Missile Technology Research PapersCruise missile technology is not new. In fact, the United States military has had a very close relationship with the Russian army since World War II, when our missile systems were first developed and deployed. Although we no longer rely on their assistance for our missile defense system, some have speculated that we will seek to use these same technologies to counter their deployment of cruise missiles. The most recent development in cruise missile technology research has been the development of maneuvering cruise missiles. These cruise missiles are now able to come to a complete stop over their target and fire again without slowing down. That means that a cruise missile equipped with a maneuvering capability can continue on its current course even when it is being fired upon by a fighter plane or other aircraft.Another interesting development has been the development of radar-guided cruise missiles. These missiles do not have a high frequency radar set on board but instead rely on a much more efficient laser system to guide them. The laser system allows the missile to take off and land vertically from an aircraft carrier. Some of these missiles can have a nuclear strike capability. In fact, there have been several anti-ship cruise missile tests that have proven that such a weapon can destroy enemy warships and even submarines. Some of the satellites that are being developed by the U.S. are used for mapping the Earth's surface and the ocean waters below. Such satellites are becoming a critical component of missile defense as they can be programmed to come into range of enemy missiles at high altitudes. Such satellites can also be configured to work in tandem with an aircraft launching a missile defense mission to avoid a direct confrontation.Other cruise missile development in the past decade has involved the development of water injection and high altitude hypersonic cruise missiles. These missiles are capable of traveling faster than the speed of sound and if fired against the enemy's air defenses, they can cause catastrophic damage to their aircraft. In addition, these ships of the future will be much larger and much more powerful than the ships of today. There is also the possibility of the development of mini-submarines, which could be used to attack enemy naval vessels. Such a submarine would be difficult to detect and destroy, making it a threat to the entire US Navy. It would also be difficult to use conventional torpedoes to destroy such a ship.

Sample Essay Topics For Act

Sample Essay Topics For ActIf you're considering writing a sample essay topic for Act, this article will show you some tips on how to write a quality essay. As with any type of essay, a sample can help you write the best one. It can also help you better understand what to expect when you write your own essay. In fact, for many students writing sample topics can be even more useful. By knowing how they will end up with a top essay, you can use that knowledge in making sure that you have written an essay that is worth the effort. However, keep in mind that these essays are designed to show what types of material you should expect to be presenting in a traditional composition class. One of the most effective ways to use sample essay topics for Act is to start your topic by getting into the basics. While there is no time limit on these topics, they are usually easy enough to understand that you should be able to finish in less than four hours. For instance, if you are writing a sample for A ct, the best place to start would be with the introduction. If you have never used a high school or college essay, your introduction should give a basic explanation of what you want to say and what the subject matter is. Of course, you should avoid using big words or any long sentences, so that your essay doesn't seem like you are filling up the space with wordy filler.Next, introduce your thesis. Remember that you aren't writing about anything you haven't done. You should outline why you are writing the essay and why you have chosen to research the topic. This can be as simple as simply explaining why you chose the topic or why you feel the topic is important. After that, you need to explain the most important aspects of the thesis. For example, you could make it easy by simply listing the main points of the thesis. Even if you are unsure about whether or not you really know what the thesis is supposed to be, you should at least have a general idea of the topic to work with. Then you should go into detail about the two most important aspects of the thesis. The first one may be the topic of the essay, the second may be the main argument or a research paper. Just be sure to go into enough detail so that it is easy to understand and you don't fall into the trap of using any old words that just seem to fit the essay better.

Lessons we have learned from Suits. Read all about it here

Lessons we have learned from Suits. Read all about it here 5 Life Lessons we’ve learned from 'Suits' Life is made up of fascinating and memorable moments. We get to learn so many things from different spheres of life, some are learned from the streets, and others are learned from books and few from experiences. All we need to do is just pay little attention to these experiences. You can gain knowledge about social and business confidence from USA Network’s Suits. The wake of pain caused by retained emotional wounds can be taught by Sopranos and the breaking bad teaches you about pride and limits of loyalty. The following are the list of 5 lessons you can acquire from Suit: 1) Recognize Your Character: In the show Suits, Harvey is known to be proud, bold and charming. He is a man who recognizes his worth and doesn't allow what people say about him to discourage him or pull him down rather he utilizes their negativity to his advantage. How to apply this in your life? Have this at the back of your mind that the world perceives you from your own point of perception. If you see yourself as a failure the world will see and treat you as a failure that has nothing good to offer to them, this is why it is of good importance your carry yourself with a lot of dignity. Don’t be easily swayed by other people opinions about you. If someone provides you a reason to re-adjust your opinion or direction, reflect that in private and not in the open. Make your decision in a relaxed state of mind, rather than accepting their opinion in the moment because it sounds good. 2. Your Appearance: In the first episode of Suits, Harvey stated: â€Å"People react to how we’re dressed, if you want to be addressed as a king you may need to dress in notable regalia or else you will be addressed as a slave if you dress otherwise. For you to be the person you want people to address you as; you need to begin taking steps to doing things that will depict you to others the way you want to be addressed. So like it or not this is what you ought to do. The way you dress your body and move your body - your body language - provides a path for others to know your intention. 3. Be focused on getting solutions: At an early scene, Harvey asked Mike, his apprentice fake lawyer, â€Å"What choices do you have when someone places a gun to your head?† Mike replied him that he will do exactly what he is being instructed to do. Then Harvey responded with this golden nugget of a line: â€Å"Wrong! You either take hold of the gun, or you pull out a bigger one for yourself and you can do any one of the hundred and forty-six other things.† Having this kind of mindset Harvey said enables you to stay focus and not wallowing in depression. Rather it gives you room to be a solution provider for yourself and for others and this contributes to you gaining recognition and respect from others. 4. Try to maintain a strong eye contact: When you do this it shows your level of confidence and enables the person you are with to know how engrossed you are in their situation at the moment. A strong eye contact can be maintained between your clients, families and of course attractive women. 5. Believe in yourself: Harvey best quality was the faith he had in himself; he was so confident about his resources mentally, abilities and his dispositions. Harvey said it is better to ask for mercy rather than permission because if we depend on other people to accept or organize our next steps in life, we will never know what it means to grow or triumph over issues of life.

The Old News About the Oxymoron

The Old News About the Oxymoron The Old News About the Oxymoron The Old News About the Oxymoron By Mark Nichol Oxymoron, a Greek term combining the words for â€Å"sharp† and â€Å"foolish,† has been adopted in English to refer to inadvertently contradictory or incongruous mash-ups of terms such as â€Å"military intelligence† and â€Å"jumbo shrimp† a class known as subjective oxymora (that latter word is the pedantic-looking plural) because they are not literally at odds with each other. However, the original connotation is of an evocative paradox deliberately framed by a writer an objective oxymoron. One of the most well-known examples is William Shakespeare’s line â€Å"Parting is such sweet sorrow,† from Romeo and Juliet, in which Juliet exults in the bittersweet anguish generated by the lovers’ separation. Shakespeare provided a short list of literary oxymora in this earlier passage from the same speech: â€Å"O heavy lightness! Serious vanity! Mis-shapen chaos of well-seeming forms! Feather of lead, bright smoke, cold fire, sick health!† The Bard employed oxymora on other occasions, including in Hamlet (â€Å"I must be cruel, only to be kind†), in Julius Caesar (â€Å"fearful bravery†), and in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (â€Å"A tedious brief scene . . . very tragical mirth†). Likewise, John Donne wrote of â€Å"beggarly riches,† Herman Melville of â€Å"a careful disorderliness,† John Milton of â€Å"darkness visible,† and Alexander Pope of a â€Å"bookful blockhead,† and Lord Tennyson ventured of his Lancelot that â€Å"faith unfaithful kept him falsely true.† Classic authors do not have a monopoly on oxymora, though; contemporary coinages are often more than subjective punch lines like â€Å"responsible government.† Here are some other recent examples that might inspire you to convey original ideas in phrases that are more than the sum of their parts: alone together: said, perhaps, of two people that share a physical space but are emotionally isolated from each other cheerful pessimism: a description of a person who blithely notices and remarks on the dark cloud behind every silver lining eloquent silence: a lack of response from someone that nevertheless clearly conveys that person’s attitude hellish paradise: an environment designed to make inhabitants or visitors feel bliss but is, to the more perceptive among them, unnerving in its illusory promise sad smile: a mild expression of superficial cheer that does not mask melancholy or sorrow sublimely awful: a reference to something that is so bad, it arouses ironic delight wise fool: a person of supposed mental weakness more shrewd than he or she seems at first Want to improve your English in five minutes a day?
